Yogurt Recipe

FROZEN FRUIT YOGURT

The beauty of this yogurt recipe is that you can use any fresh, or frozen, fruit you like.

Pick a yogurt that compliments the fruit.

Sometimes I’ll add a teaspoon of vanilla for an extra boost of flavor. Go to taste on the amounts, too. More or less of the fruit, yogurt or sugar is fine.

3 cups peaches, diced
1 quart plain or vanilla flavored yogurt
½ to 1 cup sugar or equivalent sugar substitute

Blend everything together in a blender, in batches, or in a food processor. Or simply blend by hand, in which case your yogurt will be chunkier. Freeze until firm.

Frozen fruit is a great addition in this yogurt recipe.
