Tuna Salad

TUNA HOAGIES

These tuna salad hoagies are good eaten right away, or warmed in the oven. For crunch, add ¼ cup toasted slivered almonds.

3 French rolls, sliced and bottoms hollowed out to within 1/2” of edge
1 can tuna, 6 oz, drained
¼ cup ea. chopped celery, onion and bell pepper
4 green olives, chopped (opt)
½ cup mayonnaise
Dash Worcestershire and Tabasco (opt)
Shredded Cheddar

Set rolls aside. Mix everything but cheddar together. Fill rolls with the tuna salad. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar (the amount depends on you). Replace top. Bake in preheated 400-degree oven for about 10 minutes.
