1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons ea. Canola oil and brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil, or to taste
4 tuna steaks, about 6 oz each
Combine marinade ingredients and pour over tuna in baggy. Marinate 20-30 minutes. Spray cold grill racks with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium high. Remove tuna from marinade and grill 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
