1 pint (2 cups) fresh strawberries, chopped
15 large marshmallows
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup whipping cream
Strawberries for garnish
Crush enough strawberries to make 1/2 cup.
In saucepan, cook crushed berries with marshmallows over medium heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted.
Stir in lemon juice.
Cool half an hour.
Beat cream and fold marshmallow mixture into cream. Fold in rest of chopped berries. Spoon into dessert glasses.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Garnish with strawberries.
