Spinach with Garlic and Shallots

Spinach is a great side dish. It’s healthy, delicious and flavorful – especially cooked in garlic and shallots with a bit of olive oil.

Cooking spinach in a wok is a great way to multipurpose your pots and pans. A wok is large, holds its heat well and is easy to clean – the perfect pan for spinach.

Mincing a little shallot and adding it with garlic is a great addition. Shallots have a more subtle flavor than traditional yellow or white onions. They also allow the delicious flavor of spinach to shine.
