SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK RECIPE THAT'S GREAT FOR BARBECUE SANDWICHES

This is a rather messy, but oh-so-delicious pulled pork reipce.

Serve this pulled pork recipe with a side of slaw and you’ll get rave reviews!

You could also bake this, covered, in a slow (275 degrees) oven for several hours, or until the pork is fork tender.

You may need to add more sauce after roasting, since this is a dry heat.

3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
1-1/2 cups favorite Barbecue sauce
1 small onion, chopped
Couple dashes garlic powder or ¼ teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
Extra barbecue sauce as needed

Trim fat and cut the pork in half.

Put into crock pot. Pour barbecue sauce on, add onion and garlic powder and cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Remove the pork and pull into shreds, using two forks.

Add sauce from the crock pot to the pork, going to taste on amount. Serve this pulled pork recipe with more sauce for passing. This pulled pork recipe serves 8-12.

Enjoy this Pulled Pork Recipe.
