I love these because they start out with real fruit (imagine that!).
2 cups coarsely chopped fresh fruit
1/2 to 2 teaspoons lime juice
1 to 4 tablespoons honey or extra fine sugar
Put fruit, 1/2 teaspoon juice and a tablespoon of honey or sugar into blender or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Taste and add more juice or sweetener. Pour into molds and freeze for about 3 hours.
Yummy combos include mango and pineapple, strawberry and banana, or watermelon
and peach.
