Peanut Butter Cookies
One, Two, Three, Four Peanut Butter Cookies
A staple in my home when my kids were little. Use a large or extra large
egg.
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup chunky peanut butter
1 cup sugar
36 milk chocolate kisses, unwrapped (opt)
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine egg, peanut butter and sugar. Shape into 3/4” balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake about 10 minutes. Immediately press a kiss into center of each peanut butter cookie.
Makes about 3 dozen peanut butter cookies.
