How to Make French ToastORANGE AND PECAN STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 6-8 slices French bread, 1” thick slices Cut a 3” pocket in each slice bread by cutting through top crust. Mix cream cheese, pecans and marmalade. Spread a tablespoon or so of mixture in each pocket. Mix eggs, sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Dip bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. Film the bottom of a skillet with butter in skillet until bubbly. Cook toast a couple minutes on each side or until golden. Repeat until finished. Sprinkle with sugar or serve with marmalade or syrup. How to make French Toast!
