HERBAL SUGARS
Mix together well:
1 cup granulated or superfine sugar
1/4 to 1/3 cup sweet herbs, dry
Try:
Lavender**, Rose Geranium, Lemon Balm, Mint, Lemon Verbena, Lemon Grass,
Pineapple Sage, Violets, Rose Petals
Let infuse at least a week in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. To
use, either strain or put through a blender or food processor.
