Granola RecipeGREAT GRANOLAYou know that expensive granola you buy in health food stores? Well, you can make your own granola recipe, for a fraction of the cost and oh so much more fresh! Granola is delicious sprinkled on top of yogurt, as a breakfast cereal, or a snack to give you a boost of energy during the middle of the day. It’s great, too, for kids to tote. Now this is not a real sweet granola and keeps pretty separate after it’s baked. If you want more “clumps”, use 3/4 cup Canola and 1/2 cup honey and omit the water. Mix together: Blend together: Mix together: Pour liquid ingredients over oat mixture. Stir until coated. Spread on sprayed cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven until golden brown and crunchy, about 25 -35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Let cool. Add fruit and mix well. If desired, sprinkle with a a bit brown sugar, to taste. Store in airtight container and enjoy this great granola recipe.
