Glazed Ham

Peachy Mustard Glazed Ham

Perfect for brunch or dinner! I like to use spiral ham, since it’s already sliced and ready to go. This glazed ham is delicious hot, room temperature, or chilled.

1 fully cooked ham, 5-7 pounds
1 jar, approx 18 oz, peach preserves
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Juice of one lemon (about 2 tablespoons)
1/4 teaspoon ea: ground cloves and cinnamon
1 tablespoon onion powder

Preheat oven to 325.

Place ham in roasting pan. Bake, covered, until ham is hot throughout, or until internal temperature reaches 140. This will take 1 to 1-1/2 hours.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.

Pour glaze over ham. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes longer, basting with pan juices. If you’re in a hurry, spread glaze on top and sides of ham and place under broiler until glaze is bubbly. Serve this glazed ham with pan juices.

This is great for an Easter treat, but you can enjoy this glazed ham any time of year.
