1 chuck roast, 2 pounds approx.
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can golden cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 soup can water
1 bay leaf
1 rib celery
1 carrot
Put all of the ingredients in to the crock pot.
Cook on low 7-9 hours or high 3-4. You can chop the celery and carrot into
the sauce. Serve over hot noodles. This crock pot roast serves 4.
