Cream Cheese Dip
HERBAL CREAM CHEESE DIP
This is a real basic recipe. Sometimes I’ll add oregano, dill, parmesan
cheese, a dash of Italian seasoning, etc.
1 pkg., 8 oz, light cream cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or substitute
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
½ to 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
2 teaspoons thyme, minced
2 teaspoons minced chives or green onions
Juice of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all together. Pipe into endive leaves or spread on crackers. Garnish
with edible flowers.
Cream cheese dip!
