Welcome to Rita's Video Page. That's right, Rita is starting to put videos on her web site. Let us know what you think of these first videos. They're part of a Speaking of Women's health series that Rita did recently.

Videos are a great way to learn recipes, add healthy recipes to your collection and save time. Watch Rita as she demonstrates some of her favorite recipes and talks about bringing healthy foods in to your diet.
