Coconut Nests

1 pound green or yellow chocolate coating or 1 pound white chocolate, colored after melting
8 oz approx. flake or shredded coconut
Tiny jelly beans or tiny candies

Melt coating over low heat or in double boiler. Be careful so it doesn’t scorch. Add coconut and mix. Allow to cool until it thickens enough to hold its shape. Form into mounds and hollow out and shape with hands. Fill with jelly beans or tiny candies.

If desired, you can toast the coconut in a 325 degree oven, stirring occasionally, until it turns golden.
