Chocolate Chip Brownies

COOKIE JAR FAVORITES
It’s nice to tuck in a homemade cookie or two in the kids’ lunchboxes, or tote a plate to a friend. Here are my family’s favorites.

Moist Chocolate Chip Brownies

Vary these by using butterscotch morsels, white chocolate chips, or a combo of your favorite.
1 can, 14 oz, sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 pan with foil, letting foil hang over sides. Spray foil. Mix together milk, egg and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and morsels. Pour into pan. Bake 30 minutes or so until toothpick inserted in center comes out fairly clean. Don’t overbake. Cool and turn out of pan. Cut into 12 squares.
