Chicken Tetrazzini

Here's a great recipe for chicken tetrazzini or turkey tetrazini.
It's from my daughter-in-law and I have eaten it. Yum!

Jessie's Chicken Tetrazini

> 2 1/2 c. cooked spagetti (I use whole wheat)
> 3 Tbsp butter (I use olive oil)
> 6 Tbsp chopped onion (I use a whole onion)
> 1 can sliced mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh
> 1 1/2 tsp celery salt
> 1/2 tsp salt
> 1/2 tsp pepper
> 1 tsp poultry seasoning
> 1 can evaporated milk (lg)
> 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
> 2 c. cooked and cut chicken
> 2 1/2 c. chedder (I use less about 1 1/2 c.)
> 1/2 c. parm (I use about 3/4 c.)
optional: 1 10 oz. cooked package frozen aspargus cuts or brocolli

Saute onion in butter, add mushrooms then spices. Add milk and soup. Then add 3/4 of the chedder and 1/2 parm. Stir in spagetti. Place in 9X13. Top with the rest of cheese. Cook 350 for 45 minutes.
