2 cups pecan halves, toasted in 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes
¼ cups sugar
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons ea: honey and water
2 teaspoons Canola oil
Mix sugar and salt together and set aside. Stir together honey, water and oil in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour in nuts and cook until liquid has been absorbed.
Toss with sugar mixture and spread out on cookie sheet. When dry, store in covered container at room temperature.
