2 T Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon prepare horseradish
2lbs beef tenderloin, trimmed
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
Combine mustard and horseradish; spread over ternderloin. Pat bread crumbs into mixture.
Wrap and refrigerate 1-24 hours. Remove and discard wrap from the beef. Preheat oven to 400.
Put tenderloin on sprayed broiler pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until desired doneness. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
