Halloween "Black Cat" Cookies

EASY BLACK CAT HALLOWEEN COOKIES

Halloween cookie recipes, like this one, can be very easy. When you're planning a big Halloween party, with lots of little ones, taking some culinary short cuts is sure a big help. I love this recipe because it is a quick Halloween cookie treat. Made using an ordinary boxed cake mix and a few simple ingredients - but it sure doesn't skimp on flavor - or the fun factor. These cookies are decorated with candy decorations to give them a special Halloween boo!

Halloween Cookies

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/3 cup water
2 eggs
1 box chocolate cake mix

Popsicle sticks
Sugar
Candy corn, red hots, candy decorations

Preheat oven to 350. Beat peanut butter with water and eggs. Add cake mix and blend. Form into 1-1/2” balls and place on cookie sheet. Push in a popsicle stick. Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Pinch two “ears” at top of cookie. Press fork into dough to form whiskers on either side of nose. Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately add candy corn eyes and red hot nose. Makes about 2-3 dozen.

This is a super easy Halloween Cookie Recipe.
