This baked ham recipe is delicious hot, room temperature or cold.
1 spiral ham, about 8-10 pounds
2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1-1/2 to 2 cups orange marmalade
1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

Preheat oven to 325.
Place ham in roasting pan. Bake, covered, for about 1-1/2 hours or until
internal temperature reaches 140. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over ham. Bake, uncovered, 30-45 minutes longer, basting with pan juices.
