APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BATH SOAK & HAIR RINSE

Apple Cider Vinegar Baths | Cider vinegar restores the acid balance of our skin. You can use this right away, but if you put herbs in the mixture, let it steep a while, about a couple of weeks for the fragrance to infuse, and then strain before using.

The sweet herbs will smell lovely; the sage and thyme and rosemary have more of a medicinal aroma and are anti-bacterial herbs. You can use a bit of all of these in one batch if you like.

2 cups apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup distilled water
Again, the fun part with these optional ingredients
Handful of fresh mint, lavender, rose geranium, lemon balm, sage, rose or thyme.
2-3 tablespoons oil: either mineral, grapeseed, jojoba, olive, avocado, apricot kernel or sunflower. This adds a moisturizing effect.

This is a refreshing Apple Cider Vinegar Bath.
